At The Fitch Law Firm, we stand with survivors. Our mission is to seek justice for those who have been sexually abused—by individuals, institutions, and systems that failed to protect them. We believe that no survivor should be silenced, ignored, or left to face the trauma alone.
Led by nationally recognized trial attorney John Fitch, our firm brings over 30 years of experience representing survivors of sexual abuse and assault. We are known not only for our results in court, but for the way we advocate with empathy, discretion, and relentless commitment to our clients.
John Fitch has handled some of the most significant sexual abuse cases in the country, including:
-
A record-setting $134 million verdict on behalf of Amanda Brandt, who was sexually abused at ages 11 and 12 by Roy Pompa, a notorious predator.
-
A $3.5 million jury verdict in a sexual assault case involving a Pastor who raped a 15-year-old girl. The jury also held the Grace Brethren Church responsible for its negligence. Although a judge later capped the award due to legal limitations, the courage shown by the survivor and the public acknowledgment of the church’s liability remain landmark moments in the pursuit of justice.
These cases underscore what we fight for: accountability, change, and healing.
If you or someone you love has been a victim of sexual abuse in New York, we are here to help. Every consultation is free and 100% confidential. Your voice matters. And we are ready to help you use it.
